We use natural cosmetics and vegan massage oils, which can be enriched with essential oil therapy, facial and reflexology massages upon request.

Somatic Bodywork takes a holistic approach that uses mindful movement and conscious body awareness to release blockages, reduce stress, and regulate the nervous system. Somatic Bodywork connects mind and body to activate self-healing abilities and enhance well-being. A Somatic Bodywork session includes partial and full-body stretches, joint mobility, breath work, acupressure point activation, movement and relaxation at the myofascial and muscular levels, and balance in the energy system and the craniosacral system. Neutral guidance, mindful, grounding touch, and secure contact promote body and self-awareness, self-acceptance, and relaxation of the nervous system.Somatic Bodywork is an individualized, mindful process of support.
